Barchuk’s K9 Services has been operating since 2017 and is proud to offer services for the Sea to Sky dog lovers.

A Note From Our Owner Cheryl Barchuk.

I started in the Outdoor Adventure industry, guiding expeditions, dog sledding tours, zip line tours, teaching rock climbing, snowboarding, and canoeing. I have gained experiences through my travels, and this has helped mould the stronger, confident pack leader I am today!

Brunton's Canine Training Services is where I developed my K9 handling and training skills. I am certified through The Distance Learning program, and I have the pleasure to thank Suzy Reames and Dennis Brunton for helping me on this new path. Dennis is a certified Master Dog Trainer with over 40 years of experience. Suzy has been a great mentor to me. She helped boost my confidence in handling and training dogs. Suzy has been walking and training dogs since 2006 and is the owner of the Loose Leash Dog Walking and Dog Training Company in Pickering, Ontario. When I'm not caring for dogs, I continue to improve my skills and knowledge with ongoing courses.

My goals and dreams for this business are to help create a stronger bond and a more accessible line of communication between people and their dogs. I want people to understand better what their dog is trying to tell them and have FUN with their dogs.

I aspire to help as many people and dogs as I can! I will dedicate myself to providing a service that will enhance and improve your dog's abilities, tailored individually to each dog.

My intention is for me to help you and your dog achieve yours goals! I will care for you and your dog and always give 100%!

My whole life, I grew up with dogs. I've always loved dogs and can't give enough of my love to them! Making people happy, seeing the smiles on you and your dog's face is what I strive for!
